within 30 days of your original receipt of the item. We guarantee that our timer will
continue to work for one full year. See Return Policy for more details. Please do not

will protect your privacy at all times. We will not disclose any email addresses, names,
telephone numbers, credit card numbers, or any other information about our customers.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone for any purpose.

We accept payment via PayPal. Use your PayPal account, or use your credit card (VISA,

We reserve the right to deny any order.
All shipments must have a street address within the United States. We normally do not
deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO. We ship via USPS. You will receive shipping
notification along with a tracking number to track the progress of your order. If you

For On-Task On-Time for Kids Timers
We will accept returns for any reason within 30 days of your original receipt of the item.
Please fill out and submit the Return Material Authorization (RMA) form below, and we
will arrange for your refund and the return shipment of your order.
If you are returning a non-defective product, your refund will be transacted when we
receive the returned product. We will refund the original paid amount, including shipping
charges, but the return shipping cost is not included in the refund.
If you received a product that is defective and would like to exchange for a new product,
please enter "Exchange for Defect" in the Reason for Return, and we will reply with
procedures on how to receive a replacement product. We will replace defective products
for up to one year from the date of purchase. If you have a defective product, a
replacement will be sent to you at no additional charge.
For Family Talk and Grandparent Talk Games only:
Returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition.
A full refund of the purchase price paid for the merchandise, including the original
shipping charge, will be issued to the billing party.
We do not pay for return shipping of merchandise unless there was an error on
our part or the item is defective.
